't Zilte in Antwerp,Belgium

Located on the top floor of Antwerp’s Museum by the River, Zilte. Was transplanted from Mol in 2011 by husband-and-wife team Viki Geunes (chef) and Vivian Plaquet (maître d’hôtel). The dining room has high ceilings and a calm, neutral palette that offers breathtaking views of Antwerp and the river Scheldt below. Paying tribute to his Burgundian roots. Geunes serves six-course and eight-course tasting menus that display a true mastery of texture and flavor. The menu highlights desserts such as sea buckthorn with yogurt, bitter chocolate, and shortbread.
